GREEN ALL SPORTS BOOSTERS
SCHOLARSHIP
The Green All Sports Boosters Club Scholarship has been developed to assist two qualified senior student athletes to further their education. $500 will be awarded to one male and one female student athlete. The forms must be completed and turned into the athletic office by Friday April 6, 2012. Awards will be announced at the senior awards banquet in May. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
· Graduating senior
· Accepted to a college or trade school proven by an admission letter and receipt of registration
· Completed a sport for all 4 years in high school
· Demonstrates good character athletically, academically and socially
· Application filled out completely
· Recommendation from a teacher
· Recommendation from a coach
· Student can be interviewed at the committee’s discretion
